Formed in early 107 by Dev Larren and a small number of his former navy comrades, the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve has become one of the foremost Caldari loyalist paramilitary forces in the cluster. Since its formation, the Reserve has fought many wars against groups that are hostile to the State, including the Ushra'Khan, Star Fraction, the Black Rabbits, and numerous pirate forces. In each instance, CAIN pilots have honed their tactics, forged alliances, and became known for their professionalism and determination.
